Refunds & Returns Policy

Returns

Our refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund.

As our product is a digital PDF guide, there is no physical return required. You may request a refund within the 7-day period regardless of whether the guide has been downloaded or accessed.

Refunds

Once your refund request is received, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Digital Delivery

After purchase, you will receive your guide via email, typically within 5–15 minutes.

, and we will resend it as soon as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

As this is a digital product, it is not eligible for physical returns, exchanges, or shipping.

Payments

All payments are securely processed through our Merchant of Record, DoDo Payments, which also handles refunds on our behalf.

Abuse Policy

While we offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund, we reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, or repeated refund requests.
